Diameter range of processed parts: φ 800-6000mm

Purpose: Used for quenching of yaw pitch bearings, slewing bearings, single teeth, and raceways, and can also be used for quenching of helical teeth in wind power transmission gears.

Working mode: The structure consists of a gantry style fixed crossbeam and a rotary table. Two sets of sensors are mounted on the moving crossbeam, and the sensors servo move and position. The sensors automatically find the gap between the workpiece and track it during quenching. Full stroke self centering clamping of the workpiece, servo rotation of the worktable, and seamless indexing.
