Diameter range of processed parts: φ 800-10000mm

Purpose: Used for quenching of yaw pitch bearings, single tooth slewing supports, raceways, and three row rolling bearings, as well as for quenching of helical teeth in wind power transmission gears.

Working mode: The structure consists of a gantry style mobile crossbeam and a rotary table. Two sets of sensors (four sets of sensing heads can be optionally equipped) are mounted on the mobile crossbeam. The sensors servo move and position, automatically find the workpiece gap, and track automatically during quenching. Full stroke self centering clamping of the workpiece, servo rotation of the worktable, and seamless indexing.
